Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. You can pay using:

  • Your PayPal balance
  • A linked bank account
  • Debit or credit cards via PayPal Guest Checkout (no PayPal account required)

At checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a debit or credit card as a guest.

Note: If you’re paying by card, you’ll see “PayPal” on your statement, not our store name.

When Your Card Is Charged

Your payment is processed immediately at checkout. You may see a temporary “pending” authorization hold on your account, which PayPal will finalize within 1–3 business days.

This hold ensures your funds are available while your order is prepared. The final charge will appear once the hold is released.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your transaction is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, and we never see or store your card details.

Your financial information is handled directly by PayPal, not by our store.

Billing Details & Fraud Protection

PayPal uses address verification (AVS) and card security codes (CVV) to help protect against fraud. In some cases, your order may be held briefly for manual verification. If this happens, we’ll contact you via email.

To avoid delays, ensure your billing address matches the one on file with your bank or PayPal account.

Currency & Taxes

All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD). Any taxes or fees will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to your original PayPal payment method. Refund timing depends on how you paid:

  • PayPal balance or linked bank account: Typically 1–3 business days.
  • Debit or credit card via PayPal Guest Checkout: Usually 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Payment Issues or Disputes

If your payment fails, you’ll receive an error message at checkout. Double-check your payment details and try again. For duplicate charges or other issues, contact us before filing a dispute.

Refund Timing vs Payment Timing

Refunds are processed as soon as they’re approved, but the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank. PayPal refunds are usually faster than card refunds.

Authorization Hold Explanation
