Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 60 days from the date of delivery. To qualify:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Returns approved for defects or shipping errors will not incur return shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging to support your claim
Once verified, we’ll promptly arrange:
A replacement, or
A full refund at no additional cost.
