Overview of Return & Refund Policy
At JetoyUSA, every item is made to order just for you. Because production begins shortly after checkout, we can only accept returns for verified defective items, printing errors, or fulfillment mistakes on our end.
We do not accept returns for wrong size or color selection, change of mind, or customer-provided errors. Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order and product preview carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item with a major defect, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Eligible Returns (What Qualifies)
You may request a return or refund if:
- Your item arrives with a major defect (printing errors, damage, or incorrect item shipped due to our mistake).
- You report the issue within 30 business days of delivery.
- You contact our support team for approval before sending anything back.
Returns are only accepted within 60 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items in the wrong size or color chosen by the customer.
- Orders with customer-provided errors or incorrect design files.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions, unless a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error is confirmed.
Due to hygiene and customization, exchanges or full refunds are not available unless a major defect is confirmed.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 business days of delivery at support@jetoyusa.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
- Wait for our support team to review your request. We respond within 1 business day.
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Do not send anything back without prior approval.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Items returned without approval will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us immediately with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
- A description of the problem.
We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a free replacement or refund.
Replacements and Exchanges Policy
Free replacements are provided for items with confirmed quality issues or incorrect fulfillment. Exchanges for size, color, or design changes are not available due to our made-to-order process.
If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing & Method
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
If the return is approved due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid label. For all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for returned items. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider first. Then, contact us so we can assist.
Abuse & Policy Misuse Protection
We reserve the right to refuse service or refunds to anyone who abuses this policy, including repeated false claims or failure to follow return instructions.
